The NU Aqua Platinum Series UV and Alkaline reverse osmosis system is the premier home filtration system providing the safest and healthiest water available . Typically municipal or city water is generally on the lower end of pollutant and does not require the use of UV while well water or natural water sources are more susceptible and should always use ultraviolet purification. The 5-stage Alkaline and mineralization filter utilizes bio ceramic media, tourmaline, calcite, maifan and ORP balls to naturally increase the healthy minerals your body needs such as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper and selenium while boosting antioxidants and transforming the waters alkalinity. This 5-stage water filter for home use contains three pre-filters, one sediment filter and two HydrCoil Technology carbon filters formed from an ultra fine carbon mist forced through high pressure injection. These filters are produced with the finest and most resilient carbon media on the market. This process provides up to 50X betters absorption rate over standard carbon media and a longer filter life span. After the pre-filters the refined water is processed by the TFC reverse osmosis membrane where the remaining dissolved solids such as salts are removed. To ensure the best tasting water it's then polished by a post carbon filter before exiting the faucet and into your glass.
